Our Services
We provide WordPress website development, WordPress management and maintenance, and search engine optimization (SEO) services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be agreed with you before work begins, typically via a written quote or proposal.
Payment Terms
Pricing for our packages is listed on our Pricing page, though final pricing for custom projects will be confirmed in writing before work begins. One-time website projects typically require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly SEO and maintenance plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled with notice as agreed at the start of the engagement.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once a website project is paid in full, ownership of the final website (code, design, and content created for you) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used (fonts, stock images, plugins, themes) remain subject to their own licenses.
SEO Results & Timelines
SEO is an ongoing process influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and industry conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timelines. We commit to using industry best practices and being transparent about progress through regular reporting.
Revisions & Project Changes
Website packages include a set number of revision rounds as specified at the time of quoting. Changes to project scope after work has begun may affect timeline and cost, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
We work carefully to deliver reliable, secure websites and sound SEO strategy, but we cannot guarantee that any website will be completely free of errors or that any SEO campaign will produce specific results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including third-party service outages (hosting, plugins, or platforms we do not control).
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement (SEO or maintenance plans) with written notice, as agreed at the start of that engagement. Work already completed and time already invested up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
